Degradation mechanism and toxicity reduction of methyl orange dye by a newly isolated bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa MZ520730

چکیده
Methyl orange (MO) dye is recalcitrant in nature, hard to degrade and if released into the soil aquatic resources could cause serious threats on environment human health. MO toxic plant growth. Bacterial treatment may be a sustainable solution for its degradation decolourization. In this work, bacterium (RKS6) was isolated from textile industry wastewater sludge samples identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa based 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis. RKS6 showed more than 99% decolorization of (100 mg/l) 96% reduction total organic carbon (TOC) within 12 h, at 30 °C, pH 7 static conditions. also produced MnP enzyme molecular weight ∼53 kDa characterized by SDS-PAGE Further, LC-MS analysis that degraded 4-[(4-aminophenyl) diazenyl] benzene sulfonate, 4, 2-((dihydroxymethyl) hyrazono-4) 5-benzene 4-(triazan-2-yl) sulfonic, water dioxide RKS6. Toxicity assessment treated allowed 90% seed germination indicating effective mineralization detoxification can effectively used industrial treatment.

Decolorization of Methyl Orange (As a Model Azo Dye) by the Newly Discovered Bacillus Sp
A bacterial strain (strain PS) was isolated from the textile effluents carrying Serilene Black BNFS® (C.I. Disp. Blk. Mix) disperse dye. The isolate was able to decolorize the dye without the need for any exogenous carbon source. Full sequencing of its 16S rRNA indicated that Bacillus sp strain PS is related to Bacillus cereus groups. Silica- gel-thin layer chromatography of Ser...
